Learn about Photos access, the daily free allowance, system deletion, and PhotoGo Pro subscriptions.

01

Photos access

PhotoGo needs access to the photos and videos you choose so it can analyze them on your device. You can grant full access or use Apple’s Limited Photos Library.

If you later reduce access, PhotoGo updates its local index and does not retain content that is no longer visible.

02

20 free items every day

Free users can organize 20 unique photos or videos per day across all cleanup modes. Keep and delete decisions count; undo returns the corresponding allowance.

The allowance resets at the start of a new local calendar day. Active subscriptions and lifetime access are unlimited.

03

Deletion and Recently Deleted

PhotoGo first marks items for deletion. iOS always shows a system confirmation before changing your library. Confirmed items move to Recently Deleted in Photos, where they remain recoverable for Apple’s retention period.

04

Subscriptions, restore, and cancellation

Weekly, monthly, and annual plans renew through the App Store. Eligible annual subscribers receive a three-day free trial. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase.

Use PhotoGo Settings > Membership to restore purchases or open Apple’s subscription management. Cancellation takes effect after the current billing period.
